About this role

As one of the first hires and a founding engineer at HeaviAI, you will work in-person with the team and customers nationwide, taking ownership of major product components and influencing architecture, stack, and product direction. You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their problems and rapidly ship solutions, while also helping to shape the engineering culture and team norms from day one. This role involves working closely with the Head of Parts Intelligence to encode tacit repair knowledge into tokens for the AI, and participating in product and business decisions.
