Founding Growth Lead

The Founding Growth Lead will transform Steel's organic momentum into systematic, repeatable user and revenue growth by owning the full growth funnel, from driving awareness among AI engineers to optimizing activation and expansion. This role combines product-led growth with product-led sales, requiring the candidate to be technical enough to write code, ship demos, and engage authentically with developers. The position involves working directly with the CEO and founding team to experiment across channels, create resonant content, and build scalable systems.
