Founding Lead Technician

This role serves as the founding Lead Technician for Daisy's Minneapolis location, responsible for launching and growing the business by leading installations and managing field projects. The position involves installing and servicing integrated AV, lighting, networking, and home automation systems while ensuring high-quality, code-compliant results. As the on-site point of contact, the Lead Technician will mentor future technicians and help establish installation standards for the growing Minnesota team.
