Founding Machine Learning Engineer

As a Founding Machine Learning Engineer at A1, you will lead the technical direction of a new global consumer AI application by defining model selection, training strategies, and building scalable systems. Your responsibilities include developing end-to-end training pipelines, designing innovative model architectures, and optimizing deployment processes while working with advanced technologies like LLaMA and Mistral. This role requires strong expertise in deep learning, hands-on experience with large models, and the ability to tackle complex, zero-to-one problems in an ambiguous environment.
