Founding Machine Learning Engineer

The Founding Machine Learning Engineer at A1 is responsible for shaping the core technical direction of a new global consumer AI application, including model selection, training strategies, and system architecture. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end training pipelines, scalable inference systems, and innovative model architectures while experimenting with frontier models. The engineer will also create data systems for high-quality training data, develop evaluation frameworks, and influence early product direction, all while exercising autonomy in a high-impact, stealth environment.
