Founding Machine Learning Engineer

A Founding Machine Learning Engineer at A1 will drive the core technical direction of a new global consumer AI application by selecting and training models, designing systems for training pipelines, and building scalable deployment architectures. This role involves full ownership of ambiguous zero-to-one technical challenges, requiring a strong background in deep learning, proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and expertise in distributed training and inference systems.
