Founding Member of Technical Staff

Sampura Research is seeking a Founding Member of Technical Staff to help shape the research and engineering direction alongside the founding team. The role involves owning end-to-end research and engineering problems within the agenda, including building evaluations, researching methods for improving human+AI judge protocols, and developing infrastructure tools. This position requires strong Python engineering skills, experience with large language models, and the ability to scope and resolve open-ended research questions.
