Founding Recruiter

As the Founding Recruiter at Console, you will establish and lead the recruiting function in a fast-paced startup environment, partnering with the CEO, CTO, and leadership team to define hiring priorities and processes. Your responsibilities include managing the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates—while building scalable systems to attract high-caliber technical, product, and design talent. The role requires strong judgment in assessing talent, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence decisions, all while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
