Foundry Supervisor

The Foundry Supervisor provides frontline leadership for daily foundry operations, overseeing hourly employees across coremaking, molding, melting, pouring, and finishing processes. This hands‑on role ensures safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met while coordinating with maintenance, quality, engineering, and other functions to resolve issues and improve performance.
