The FP&A Director will lead Venn’s financial planning and analysis function, reporting directly to the CFO and serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership. This hands-on role provides end-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and long-range financial planning in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The director will translate financial data into insights to inform business decisions and support fundraising and investor communications.
