About this role
The Director of FP&A will build and lead Radiant’s financial planning and analysis function, converting financial data into investor-grade reporting and strategic insights to support capital deployment, production ramp, and headcount growth. This is a hands-on, builder role in an early-stage startup where the leader will create FP&A infrastructure, partner with technical and operational teams, and translate complex results for leadership and the board. The role is based onsite at Radiant’s El Segundo headquarters.
