About this role

Finary is seeking a Senior Finance leader to own the entire FP&A agenda, including budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics modeling for its leading personal finance app in France. This hands-on role requires building driver-based financial models, managing the monthly close cycle, and partnering with executive leadership to drive data-informed capital allocation decisions as the company scales. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-paced, AI-first environment and can establish the foundational finance function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Own the entire FP&A agenda including budget and rolling reforecast
Build driver-based 3-statement models and cash flow forecasts
Calculate and analyze unit economics including CAC and LTV metrics
Partner with product and GMs to enable data-driven decision-making
Define finance tooling methodology and future hiring plans
