FP&A Lead

This role leads all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning, while providing actionable financial insights to support sustainable business and strategic decision-making. The position is responsible for developing the FP&A team, driving continuous improvement of planning processes, and strengthening finance business partnering capabilities across the organization. The role directly reports to the CVJ Finance Director and collaborates closely with APAC Region and Global Finance stakeholders.
