The FP&A Manager owns forecasting, planning, and reporting for a single brand within the company, managing bookings, revenue, and P&L. This high-visibility individual-contributor role involves building operating models, leading budget cycles, and delivering variance analysis to brand and corporate leadership. The position serves as a strategic finance partner to drive alignment between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own forecasting, planning, and reporting for a single brand with full-cycle responsibility for bookings, revenue, and P&L management
Lead monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, deliver variance analysis and KPI reporting to brand and corporate leadership
Partner with Revenue Operations to connect pipeline and bookings data to the financial forecast and drive alignment between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product
