FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager supports a commercial HVAC manufacturing site by leading financial planning, forecasting, and analysis cycles to drive productivity and cost optimization. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams to translate operational metrics into financial impact and ensure alignment between financial goals and execution. The position requires strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights, manage inventory and CAPEX reporting, and support strategic projects within a fast-paced production environment.
