About this role

The role supports the program in the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action (FRACAS) process for product production and sustainment, helping define failure modes, develop test requirements, and collaborate with hardware/software teams to resolve non‑conformances. It is an onsite position at Raytheon’s McKinney, Texas facility and requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance.
