Operates and monitors the Fractionation 3 and 3A plant, ensuring process parameters remain within specified ranges and maintaining accurate log sheets. Reports production deviations to supervisors, performs tasks according to work instructions, and maintains equipment in the work area. Enforces safety regulations and supports implementation of multiple quality and food safety management systems.
