Fractional HR Director

The Fractional HR Director provides senior HR leadership and strategic counsel to BeeX's founders and management team, focusing on elevating the company's people strategy and organizational design. This role involves partnering with the CEO to shape people strategy, oversee compensation and performance management frameworks, and ensure HR compliance across Singapore and Malaysia. The position serves as a senior escalation point for employee relations and supports talent strategy for critical roles while coaching the internal HR team.
