Fracturing - Operator in Training (OIT)

Calfrac is seeking hard-working Operators in Training for its Fracturing and Coiled Tubing department in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The role offers a six-week paid training program including Class 1 Mandatory Entry Level Training, with a guaranteed base compensation and competitive job revenue bonus upon completion. Successful candidates will be promoted to Operator status and work within field operating teams under mentorship.
