Fracturing - Operator in Training (OIT)

Calfrac is seeking Operators in Training for its Fracturing department, offering a six-week program that includes paid Class 1 Mandatory Entry Level Training and position-specific mentoring. The role provides entry-level opportunities within field operating teams, with a schedule of ten days on and four days off during training. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are promoted to Operator status and become eligible for a job revenue bonus.
