FullSpeed Automotive
The Franchise Support Director provides operational coaching, training, and strategic support to a portfolio of 30–50 FullSpeed Automotive franchised locations, including Grease Monkey and SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service centers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise owners, helping them strengthen operational execution, improve financial performance, enhance the customer experience, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. The position requires 75% travel and is based in Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Louisiana.
