Identify and investigate instances of fraud, waste, or abuse in claims and payments
Conduct transaction monitoring and data mining to detect unusual patterns
Manage chargeback activity and recovery outcomes for inappropriate payments
Partner with teams to configure and monitor payment integrity controls
Build future FWA triggers automation with the Data Analytics team
