Fraud Investigator

This position is primarily responsible for handling investigations by assisting members who have experienced fraudulent transactions or suspect inappropriate access to their accounts. The role involves validating the identities of new members, monitoring for high-risk activities, and conducting reviews of transactional information to detect financial fraud. The position also requires maintaining compliance with credit union policies and applicable laws, including the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports.
