Fraud Leader

The Fraud Leader at FNBO is a senior leadership position with divisional-wide responsibility for comprehensive fraud prevention, detection, and resolution operations. This role oversees an organization of 250+ employees across multiple critical functions, including strategy, rule writing, investigations, and fraud detection systems. The position leads 5-6 Director-level positions and manages a $20MM+ annual budget to prevent 1st and 3rd party fraud across various card portfolios and consumer loans.
