Fraud Services

This role proactively gathers and analyzes data to track fraud trends, responding to referred or detected cases to implement preventive and detective actions that minimize losses. The position involves reviewing daily reports for fraudulent activity, taking mitigating actions, and training branch staff while providing quality service to internal teams and members. It also serves as a backup within the Fraud Services Department to support various operational needs.
