The Freelance Local Producer at Sofar Sounds is responsible for shaping and growing Sofar’s presence in the New York City market. The role focuses on curating and producing intimate live events, managing the overall city strategy and financial performance, and ensuring high-quality experiences for artists, venues, partners, and guests. This position involves building and leveraging deep local networks, from artists and venues to sponsors and community partners, to strengthen Sofar’s brand and community impact. It is a flexible, entrepreneurial, commission-based partnership role with support from Sofar’s global teams.
