Freelance UX Researcher

About this role
AKQA is hiring a freelance UX Researcher to shape research initiatives for a leading quick-serve restaurant brand, improving digital experiences that affect millions of customers and team members. The role is a short-term contract (~10 weeks, Feb 16–Apr 30, 2026) and involves close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to translate customer understanding into strategic outcomes. The position is hybrid with required on-site presence 1–2 days per week.
