Freight Forwarder

The Freight Forwarder is responsible for reviewing and processing high-volume import and export shipment transactions for major accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role involves ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations, creating shipment quotations, and resolving client concerns proactively. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with warehouse and third-party teams, and delivering timely, high-quality customer service.
