Freight Forwarding Team Member

This role serves as a key point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating with internal operations and sales teams to deliver consistent service and support complex healthcare logistics needs. The position involves managing multiple priorities, monitoring active shipments, identifying potential issues, and taking ownership of customer communication and escalation. It requires maintaining relationships with key accounts, supporting cold-chain packaging orders, and providing timely updates on time-critical shipments. The role also includes preparing customer reports, resolving service issues, and partnering with sales and operations during new account implementations.
