Freight Inspector

The Freight Inspector role involves inspecting and investigating shipment characteristics to ensure compliance with FedEx Freight rules and regulations, including the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC). The position requires reviewing dimensional scan data, supporting freight analysis processes, and communicating implementation of Freight Analysis related processes at service centers. This role also entails participating in pre-shift meetings, developing positive relationships with employees, and assisting regional and district leadership as needed.
