Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure, acting as the first point of contact for guests and handling check‑in, check‑out, enquiries and requests. The role works closely with the front desk leadership team to ensure operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
