Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service during their stay, and settling accounts upon completion. The role involves making and modifying reservations, operating the hotel switchboard, and performing concierge duties to maximize room revenue and occupancy. This position requires delivering attentive and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
