The Front Desk Agent provides exceptional, world-class guest service at multiple points of contact within the Inn on Biltmore Estate's Front Office operational areas. This role involves managing arrival and departure check-ins and check-outs, offering concierge services, and handling guest service recovery issues. The position requires supporting the department and leadership while ensuring a high standard of hospitality for all guests.
