Front Desk Assistant

Front Desk Assistants serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Student Engagement suite, handling phone calls, mail, and basic inquiries about student organizations and Greek life. They also manage the Pirate Experience platform tutorials, monitor the engagement email account, and help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
