Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff, maintaining a professional reception environment. The role supports conference-room readiness, mail and delivery processes, and selected Finance administrative functions. This position also provides backup administrative support for Operations tasks and ensures confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
