Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate provides superior customer service to current and prospective members of CLUB4 Fitness, handling front desk activities such as greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with membership sign-ups. The role involves conducting facility tours, updating member accounts, and addressing member questions and concerns professionally. This position also includes maintaining the cleanliness of the club and completing daily cleaning assignments.
