Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate serves as the initial point of contact for patients entering the medical office, responsible for greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and collecting co-payments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to multitask while maintaining an organized front desk. The position also involves verifying patient information, protecting confidentiality, and supporting the Billing Department with daily financial tasks.
