Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment and handling administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and insurance verification to ensure smooth operations. The role involves greeting patients, collecting documentation, managing calls and emails, and resolving issues while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. This position primarily supports the Thomas More Parkway clinic but may require travel to other locations.
