The Front Desk Attendant provides exceptional customer service to members and patrons at Centennial Ice Arena, handling inquiries and assisting with facility information. The role involves processing sales, managing registrations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for daily drop-in and pre-registered programs. This position requires enforcing facility policies, managing skate rentals, and supporting overall operations under the direction of the Recreation Facilities Coordinator.
