Front Desk Attendant

The Front Desk Attendant serves as a visible and approachable presence on campus, working collaboratively with school administrators and the community to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, families, and visitors. This role blends traditional safety functions with relationship-building and judgment required in an independent school setting, acting as a friendly, recognizable face at the front desk. The position involves monitoring entrances, managing visitor access, and supporting emergency preparedness and response efforts.
