Front Desk Clerk

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for ensuring positive guest and owner interactions during check-in and check-out processes while managing reservations and resolving unit availability. The role involves generating invoices, collecting payments, maintaining safety deposit boxes, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Additionally, the clerk prepares arrival packets, restocks supplies, and provides information on local attractions and resort amenities.
