Front Desk Clerk

The Front Desk Clerk provides customer service to tenants, landlords, visitors, staff, contractors, and the public by answering questions and resolving problems via in-person, email, and phone interactions. This role supports the Housing Choice Voucher Department with various administrative and clerical duties, including recordkeeping, data tracking, and managing applicant accounts. The position also assists families with completing applications and handles inquiries related to program information and rent payments.
