Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist greets and checks patients in and out of the clinic, both in person and by phone, schedules appointments, processes payments, and handles front‑desk administrative tasks. The role also supports technology for telehealth, manages multi‑line phone calls, and provides excellent customer service in a behavioral health setting.
