This role supports the Front Office Manager in managing front desk operations to ensure member satisfaction and the efficient completion of all front office tasks. The position involves handling reservations, managing guest check-ins and departures, and providing concierge-type services to maintain positive guest relations. The team member is responsible for resolving member and guest issues promptly while maintaining organized work areas and adhering to standard operating procedures.
