Front End Department Supervisor

The Front End Department Supervisor leads the team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer service within the front-end and fulfillment departments. This role involves coaching associates, managing staffing to meet customer demand, and driving efficiencies in checkout, returns, and delivery operations. The supervisor also oversees store safety, security, and shrink prevention while serving as Manager-on-Duty to direct overall store operations during assigned shifts.
