The Lead at DICK’S Sporting Goods is an in-store department expert who supports store leadership in delivering brand standards and a strong teammate experience. The role focuses on fostering an inclusive, people-first culture and ensuring effective execution of store operations and presentation. The Lead works under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to help the team achieve store goals.
