Front-End Operations Trainer

This role focuses on training and coaching store teams to achieve operational excellence, maximize customer service, and drive sales and profits. The position involves teaching Front End Managers and personnel to implement company policies, manage cash control, and utilize performance measurement tools. It requires supporting the Region Front-End Director and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
