Front End Supervisor

This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The position ensures prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs while leading by example in customer engagement and store organization. The supervisor trains and mentors Associates, addresses customer concerns, and supports store operations to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
