Front End Supervisor

This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store to ensure prompt, courteous service and the promotion of loyalty programs. The position involves leading by example in customer engagement, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing training and mentoring to Associates on front-end principles. The Front End Supervisor also addresses customer concerns, coordinates register coverage, and supports store shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
