Front End Supervisor

This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The position involves leading by example in customer service, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment. The supervisor will also coordinate register assignments, address customer concerns, and support store shrink reduction goals.
